Recipe – Cabbage Pakoda – North Indian dish

Ingredients:   

Cabbage 1 head – sliced thin
Cornflour  enough for mix
Chat masala  to taste
Black pepper  to taste
Coriander  1 teaspoon or so
Aro gram flour  enough for mix
Ginger-garlic Paste

 

Method: 

1.   Slice cabbage

2. Make garlic-ginger paste

3. Mix with cabbage

4. Blend flour and all dry ingredients

5. Add to cabbage and garlic-ginger paste mixture

6. Take 1 tablespoon of mix into little balls, drop in hot oil

7.  Deep fry until cooked

8. Dust with salt
